ERASMUS+ Mobility for Spring 2025 Semester
Key Action 1 (KA 171)
The Abdelhafid Boussouf University Center of Mila, The External Relations and Cooperation
Vice rectorate is pleased to announce the opportunity for two students to participate in the
Erasmus+ Mobility Program for a study period at the University of Huelva (UHU) during
the Spring 2025 semester (February – July) under Erasmus Project 2022-1-ES01-KA171-
HED-000076873.
This program, supported by the European Commission through the Spanish Service for
Internationalization of Education (SEPIE), promotes inclusion, environmental sustainability,
digitalization, and European values.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Available Slots: Two mobility positions funded under the interinstitutional agreement
between Abdelhafid Boussouf University Center of Mila and UHU.
2. Duration: 5 months (February 2025 – July 2025).
3. Application Submission:
Applications and supporting documents must be submitted to the Abdelhafid Boussouf
University Center of Mila:

4. Financial Assistance:
o Travel Allowance: Covers round-trip travel costs.
o Monthly Maintenance Grant: Allocated to support living expenses during
the mobility period.
5. Responsibilities:
Abdelhafid Boussouf University Center of Mila will oversee participant selection,
preparation for mobility, and academic recognition of the mobility period upon
completion.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Appliquant must:
Be enrolled in an official study program at Abdelhafid Boussouf University Center of
Mila at the time of application and during the mobility period.
Not be residing, studying, or working in Spain at the time of mobility.
3. APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Applicants should submit the following documents to the Abdelhafid Boussouf University
Center of Mila, The External Relations and Cooperation Vice rectorate:
1. Motivation Letter: Explain your reasons for applying and how this mobility aligns
with your academic and career goals.
2. Transcript of Records: Official academic transcript showing your grades and
academic achievements.
3. Language Proficiency Certificate: Certificate confirming Spanish and/or English
language proficiency.
4. Enrollment Confirmation: Official documentation confirming enrollment in an
official study program at Abdelhafid Boussouf Mila University.
5. Special Needs Documentation (if applicable): Official documents confirming special
needs or disadvantaged economic background (if applicable).
Deadline for Applications: 15/04/2024
SELECTION CRITERIA
1. Priority will be given to the top 10 students of each field of study based on
academic performance.
2. Applicants will be evaluated on:
o Academic performance.
o Language proficiency.
o Motivation and alignment with Erasmus+ values (inclusion, environment,
digitalization, and European values).
o Supporting documents for special needs or disadvantaged backgrounds (if
applicable).
